A coffee addict, animal lover and sweets connoisseur. Also a Product Designer.

Before I became a designer, I spent 10+ years in customer service and sales. I was the person answering complaints, explaining confusing products, and watching where people got stuck. Eventually, I decided I’d rather fix those problems than keep explaining them.

That took me from a small crypto startup that was later acquired to a 400-person B2B SaaS company, and, now, AI. At CheckAI, some of the best design decisions never make it into Figma. Sometimes changing a prompt is enough to improve the experience; other times, it means working with Engineering on how the AI checks its own output.

Outside of work, I love animals and will travel an unreasonable distance for good food and coffee. I once drove an hour for a single burger. Worth it.
